| Graham Lightfoot is currently Managing Director and owner of Mendes Limited, which specialises in sustainable & accessible local transport research, consultancy and operations; EU project management; social auditing and community resilience. Resident in Ireland since January 1990 and an Irish Citizen since 2003. He was a Board member of CIÉ from April 2008 to April 2011. He was a Board member of Sustainable Projects Ireland Limited from 2007-2008. He is a Board member of Clare Accessible Transport. |
